Born on May 17, 1965 in Lobo, Batangas.
On April 19,1987 he got married to Rita Mag-acat Perez and they had five healthy children, those are: Felix III, Angel Domingo, Mark Jonn, Bett Arjhay and Aelexi Dianne.
In 1988 He was Elected Councilor at Mabilog na Bundok, Lobo, Batangas.
Writer of the Tinig Filipino Magazine in Rome Italy and Hong Kong from 1996-1998.
He won the first prize contest of Poem Writting on the Centennial Celebration of Philippine Independence Day year 1998.
1999 to 2004 He launch the 1st Filipino Religious Radio Programme in Rome Italy, Titled: Biblia Ang Hahatol in Radio Roma (103.90 Mhz FM).
He is the author of the Book : Ang Pamantayan Sa Pagkilalala At Paglapit Sa Panginoon, distributed for free.
He was called by many as ” The Walking Bible In Rome ” due to his knowledge about the Holy Scriptures.
As a migrant he was involve with various organizations in Italy such as:
Year 2002 – 2004 he was appointed by “FRMG Musang d’ Europa” as Vice President For Operation of the Guardians Philippines Inc. Anti-Crime Sectoral Group Italy Chapter with psyudoname RMG Luwalhati.
He was a member V.V.A.A. Protezione Civile Regione Lazio or protection for citizens, an Italian NGO in the entire Region of Lazio in Italy from 2004 to 2008.
He became a Counselor of the Federation of Filipino Workers in Italy (FFWI) Rome Chapter in 2006.
Founding President of Ang Bagong Bayani Coalition Party a political party of Filipinos in Rome year 2006.
2007 Chairman of the Filipino Alliance in Italy, this organization was the first Filipino organizations that have placed our Flag in a sort of “contract labor ” the CCNL – Colf / BADANTE con Ebilcoba in Italy.
2010-2012 Provincial Organizer of the Bantay Bayan Foundation for Moral Recovery Group in Province of Batangas.
He was admitted as a member of the Royal Hashemite Sultanate of Sulu and Sabah with the rank of Illustrious Master on August 7, 2011.
November 1, 2011 Spokesman and Director for Legal Affairs of FederFil Italy – Federation of Filipino Communities and Associations in Italy.
November 11 , 2011 He was appointed as Datuk / Knight at the Royal Hashemite Sultanate of Sulu and Sabah and continues to intercede for peace and progress in Mindanao.
February 8, 2012 He bravely comunicated the Philippine Congress to raise the OFW’s problems in Italy specially the issue about middlename, and because of him with his allies the Embassy gave the oppurtunity to reduce all fees like Passport Renewal, Affidavit, Certificatfion, Authorization and etc.
August 5, 2012 He Founded the first Fiscalizer Filipino Organization in Italy namely TaskForce – OFW, Which purpose is to protect the OFW’s in Italy and all over the world.
He was appointed as Chapter President of "OFW Family Club" and "OFW Family Party-List" Representative to Italy by Congressman Roy V. Señeres Sr. on August 24, 2015.
