Born in Batangas City  on May 16, 1965.  Father of five children; Felix III (Boyeth), Angel Domingo, Mark Jonn, Bett Arjhay and Aelexi Dianne. Currently, Founder and President of TaskForce – OFW International, and Officer in various organizations based in Rome, Italy. A self-motivated and result-oriented person with more than twentytwo(22) years of experience dealing for the sake of OFW’s. With his experience, achievements and concern for fellow OFW’s, he believed that he is competent and deserve for the role of a leader who protect, assist and give real welfare for the OFWs.

*2011 to present - Continuous fighting on famous Filipino Migrants Middle Name issue in Italy.

*February 8, 2012 - Bravely communicated the Philippine Congress to raise the OFW’s problems in Italy specially the issue about middle name, and because of him with his allies the Embassy gave the opportunity to reduce all fees like Passport Renewal, Affidavit, Certification, Authorization and etc.

*May 14, 2014 - He made a dialogue to the PAG IBIG-Officer in Rome and the controversial issue (only in Italy) about PAG IBIG mandatory membership has been resolved.

*December 1, 2015 - Issue regarding Exit Pass for OFW’s in Italy has been resolved resulting to POEA Memorandum Order Circular #13 series of 2015.
